Refund Policy

At Opulent Intelligence, we aim to provide a high-quality experience through the DealerScout toolsuite. Because of the nature of our software and the resources required to operate and maintain the platform, all sales and subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees for DealerScout are billed in advance and are non-refundable. This includes:

Monthly subscription plans
Annual subscription plans
Add-ons, upgrades, or usage-based features

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and understand that refunds are not provided once a billing cycle begins.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your plan prior to renewal.

Refunds are not issued for renewal charges after the billing date has passed.

3. Exceptions

While refunds are generally not provided, we may offer exceptions at our sole discretion, including:

Billing errors or duplicate charges
Service outages lasting an extended period
Situations where required by applicable consumer protection laws

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund for fees already paid.

Your access to DealerScout will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Trial Periods (If Offered)

If DealerScout provides a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Once the paid subscription begins, the Refund Policy applies.

If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a credit card chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

Suspension of your account
Termination of access to DealerScout
Rejection of future service requests

We encourage all customers to reach out to us so we can resolve issues directly.
